Hello reader,

My name is Annie and I'm a 16-year-old girl from England. I've just finished my GCSE's and this year I will be going into my first year of A-levels. One of the subjects I will be carrying on is Food Technology.

When I'm older I would really love to work in the food industry, and I have an interest in food photography, packaging design and recipe testing. I've always enjoyed cooking, especially baking, and I love making cakes and treats for my family.

For as long as I can remember I have really enjoyed cooking, especially baking and the purpose of this blog is to share some of my favourite recipes, things I have cooked and reviews of some of the purchases I make.

I am hoping to upload to this blog as frequently as I can but as I am a student, education does come first.
